Drove about an hour away for speech therapy for my son. Get here and they canceled apt without giving us any heads up. Big waste of time and money.

I took my son for an audiology appointment and the audiologist was patronizing my kid. She asked, so I told her that my child was having speech issues and this woman had the nerve to say "oh you sure do have a lot to say (my 2 year old was babbling) I wish I knew what you were saying." Her tone was very RUDE and CONDESCENDING. You don't talk to people's kids like that about their disabilities. Get better staff CHKD.

I came here when my baby was only 4 days old to get blood work done the lady at the front desk was so nasty and rude and misunderstanding for no reason but the nurse who took his blood was so nice friendly and welcoming that’s the only reason why it gets 2 stars y’all need to get new front desk people asap plus I’m not the first review who said this

CHKD uses their 12 week care plans to bully patients that are making progress out of therapy even when they are making progress. We have been pressured to leave CHKD 3-4 times. When I complained, the patient advocate advised us to leave. They refuse to provide the type of therapy that she needs because it is inconvenient to their work schedules and they have to provide additional documentation to the insurer to obtain coverage for it. These are not the people that you want giving your child care!

I bought my son here twice for audiology appointments. Both audiologists were friendly and I had no problem. However staff at desk and who answer phone calls are extremely rude. I will not be coming to this location ever again. I don't understand why you would be so rude to someone who is just trying to get help for their child.

Shout out the nurses and staff of Noland Surgery center of CHKD.. you guys are amazing and patient. my son had a dental surgery today and I’m so thankful we have you guys to take care of my son and make us feel at ease before and after the procedure… Thank you so much
