I started out at another Urgent Care facility this morning and ended up leaving there and going to Velocity. Every aspect of my visit was a good one from the very kind lady who checked me in to the nurse and PA who saw me. I appreciate the kindness, time taken and thorough way I was treated. Everyone was a professional!

This place is horrible customer service. Went in for a physical and they took the paper work made us pay and wait then comes out to tell us they can’t see us. They never answer the phone so u can never get onto anyone to speak to.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional staff. And they never answer the phones during business hours. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They also prescribe medicines that are discontinued. Don't waste your time going

Wish I could leave zero stars. Very unprofessional. They never answer the phone even during business hours. My husband was there and he does a positive for RSV. They prescribed a prescription that is discontinued. Unacceptable. What kind of doctor prescribes medication’s that are not available. And if you are able to get through, they are very rude in the phone. Don’t waste your time going here. go to MedExpress. You’ll get better service there.

Dr Tom and his staff were very pleasant and thorough with my care. Dr Tom also provided additional information to improve my overal health care that my PCM never provided. I was also very appreciative of the turn around time of getting in and out.

I scheduled an appointment online. From the moment I walked in I was greet with care. My wait was not long at all. Arianna called me in the back and she was very welcoming, caring, and attentive to what I had going on. When Tom Tran, PA came in, I received the same welcoming, caring, attentive response from him as well. My entire visit was less than twenty minutes and I received great care. I highly recommend Velocity!
