My time at VA Dermatology was a very positive experience. The places where I was frozen all the ones I was concerned about.

Three stars, I saw the Practitioner not the doctor listed above. She did a very good skin check for cancer best one ever. However I used to only going once for this and also getting refills for my face cream’s. Which I was told by her I would have to make a second appointment for my face cream’s, this appointment alone took over 2 months to get. Lucky I had a check up on my blood work up with my PC doctor. I told them how that went and my PC doctor was nice enough to see what cream’s I used and knew why and wrote my RX’s for me. It’s not like the Dermatologist office was packed with people, that day . They are very friendly and nice. Don’t get me wrong, I will keep going to them. I been to much worse places in Virginia Beach area’s. If you can’t be seen for more then one thing at a visit, then please let me know. Unlike my PC doctor who goes over my blood work, plus I get a flu vaccine, over my RX list, and more in a 15 minutes visit. Time in the room for my skin check was maybe 5 minutes. She didn’t ask me if I had questions afterwards. She said I didn’t need to come back for 2 years. And just walked out and I had to ask the nurse my question and wait for her to return and tell me I would have to make a second appointment. When I left the whole place looked empty. I just thought really, nothing like my last visit. Oh well things change.

Dr. Cynthia Ferguson has a professional but friendly demeanor. She listened and swiftly zeroed in on my issue, prescribing the right medication to treat it. I am planning to address other issues to her care.

I was seen by Cynthia Ferguson, P.A. I was wowed by her personality and how thoroughly she cared for me as a person and a patient. I felt like I mattered. My confidence was through the roof. I would absolutely recommend this facility to my friends and family. In fact, I already have.
