Today was our first visit here, but I was very impressed with MHT who did our intake. If you see this, my daughter is going to wear those pink shoes on a school trip soon. 😁

The have got to be stalling at this point. Came in here for my back nothing is wrong shown on xray and I've been sitting here for two hours AFTER xray came back

The way my autistic son and I were treated here was despicable. The staff we encountered should not be working with children at all let alone special needs children. While we got an “apology” phone call after the incident, it will never make up for the trauma they caused my son.

Dr. Enlow has been most wonderful. His nurse is very attentive and always calls backs for the many questions I have had. Dr. Enlow even called on a Saturday to inform me of testing results.

My son was admitted to their PICU when he was 2 months old. The first day they took great care of him and us but by day 2, clearly a sick 2 month old wasn’t a priority. They ignored us and didn’t take my sons vitals or administer the medications He NEEDED to live on time. They claimed there was a “medical emergency” but honestly, you should have enough staff that there are plenty of other nurses and doctors to attend to others and not all rush to one patients room. No one patient is more important than others, especially a BABY for gods sake! They gave him his medicine over an hour late and were supposed to be waking him up every hour to check for seizures but didn’t. I fail to see how a sick 2 month old isn’t a PRIORITY! They only care about money. I am disgusted with their lack of empathy. I will never bring my precious baby back here.

The worst place to take your kid for neruogoly. The staff never calls you back, the Dr. MISSED DIAGNOISED my child. I am now getting a 2nd opinion from the 2nd best neruogoly hospital for kids in PA. This is sad that I have to travel far away to get any proper service for my kid. They don't care about your child's well being. Only your money. I will never come here again.

Great Doctor office, I only wish I could get appointments in Newport News because of traffic and the 44 min drive or 37 min with paying tolls.
