Dr. Keys-Frezzell could not properly perform an ear lavage to remove a wax impaction. I went to the Audiology department at EVMS and they performed the same procedure and removed the impaction in under 3 minutes. I asked Fort Norfolk Urgent Care to waive the $68 bill they sent me and they would not do so, saying that "service had been rendered." Thanks guys, your services were top-notch. Avoid this facility at all costs, unless you enjoy having to go to a second facility to have a procedure done properly by a competent medical provider.

All doctors are backed up and busy now. The great ones spend as much time with their patients as needed - and that can cause a back up. It's worth it when you find a quality doctor. She takes the time to listen to you - trusts that you know your body better than anyone else - and treats you accordingly. She's holistic in her approaches and really takes the time to know you as a person - not just a chief complaint. Can't recommend her enough.
