Customer service is terrible .. they cant way to go home .2 doctors call me old or everything I have is related to be older.

I love this place. Is super clean it feels like you are in a hotel for a sec. Me and my husband started going here not too long ago and we love it. The staff is amazing I love my doctor she is awesome. And parking is never an issue

Terrible terrible doctors office. We have been there for 2 and 1/2 years and we just cant take it any longer. They are rude and very un helpful. My husband has a heart condition and they dont treat it like they should. Today I called to get my husband an emergency appointment due to him waking us confused, disoriented and not himself and they tell me they cant take him for another 2 weeks cause they are busy. I said well if I take him to the ER and they say see your Primary Care Doctor then what and the Nurse practitioner told me then they will make an appointment for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has been cancelling and rescheduling my appointments since last year. Never actually seen because I finally gave up trying. I get that things happen but they cancelled at least 5 times.

Aron R Boney MD and his staff are the worst. They have been telling my insurance company, myself, and the pharmacy that they have been sending documents to my insurance company that is needed for my medical issues and my insurance company tells me they haven't sent documents for over a year. They won't respond to messages or phone calls, normally fuck a review, just go somewhere else but no; people need to hear this and they need to find out why they shouldn't play with people's health concerns especially those for mental health but they will learn.

I tried to make my Husband an appointment the lady who answered was soooo rude & nasty. I told her his symptoms he had been experiencing that he has been in & out of the hospitals for 2 years with the symptoms getting worse happening more frequently now have become daily symptoms. She had an attitude saying because he has those symptoms she couldn’t even make his appointment. I told her he wasn’t having them now but she said because I said daily that means that he’s having them now & he needs to just go to the hospital. It’s like what the hell they can’t find anything wrong at the hospital and keep telling him to make an appointment with a primary care doctor but how can he when he’s being discriminated against because of symptoms he has on a regular basis? Her name with some thing with an M maybe Marie

Why aren't the receptionists wearing masks? we're more than a year into the pandemic...

I love Dr. Deshmukh & his nurse. They have always made me feel welcomed & my appts. are pretty quick. The front desk staff is awesome although I've had a few bad experiences. Luckily, those reps are no longer there. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this office if you're looking for primary care.

I have been using this office for about 3 years. I was seeing the previous Nurse Practitioner, and now I am seeing Jennifer Evans, NP. I have had a great experience with the entire office. Jennifer is very intelligent and professional, yet still personal. I have suggested this office many times to friends.
