Dr. Lap has been my primary doctor for over 20 years. She has an excellent bedside manner and comforting sense of humor. Dr. Lap is warm, sensitive, empathic and genuine. She and her team are grade A professionals who truly care about the total well-being of the person. I am able to get appointments when needed and I absolutely love the reception, nursing staff and lab technicians. I highly recommend this medical practice.

I was seen by Dr, Santana for colon cancer symptoms.I had an open sore that would not heal, The man told me to go home and sit in a sitz bath! Needless to say I went to another doctor and got a second opinion, I was diagnosed with colon cancer and was treated. My advice... STAY AWAY from this practice!!!

Receptionist Cynthia is the best! She’s knowledgeable and always go above and beyond her job title to help her patients the rest barely know what’s going on half the time.

Cynthia has provide the most excellent customer service. She is extremely diligent when assisting patients with referrals and appointments. She demonstrates incredible patience and ensures that each question a patient may have is attended to. THANK YOU Cynthia for all that you do!

Dr. Frias and her staff were very accommodating and helpful at my most recent appointment. They took my health concerns seriously and took charge to get me scheduled for tests and labs as soon as possible. Cynthia immediately got me an appointment for that same day and when I needed a referral and appointment with another doctor she took care of that too. Thank you Dr. Frias and Cynthia for all you do!

Cynthia Horton whom I've been knowing quite some time from my visits there and I've been coming here since 2009. She is so very knowledgeable about everything and always eager to assist no matter what. This may sound off but I always wish for her to answer the phone. She remembers and knows my entire family. What can I say! This is the only place I ever feel valued. Dr. Frias and her staff are awesome! I have recently had the pleasure of Valerie Haskins being my attending person and she is a delight, especially when I'm not feeling well. I was just there yesterday and cannot say enough of how much they genuinely care. Thank you ladies!

There doesn't seem to be doctors on site at all unless this is actually where your doctor is. I was actually seen by a nurse practitioner. If I would've known that, I would've asked this chick at work press her hand on my back like 2 or 3 times for back pain. At least that would've been free. You pay all of this money in health care and you don't get what you were going there for. I went there for my back and the person was focused on my high blood pressure. The anxiety and everything else is causing this. They even drew blood from me. I'd called back saying I was getting dizzy from the meds and they'd told me I would have to come back in for a visit. I'd asked them why? And they'd responded that it might not be the medications and it might be something else. I'd said, 'the medications are the only thing I'm doing different in my life and to suddenly have dizziness out of nowhere means, hello, medications! I didn't go back and they let me know that my blood levels are fine and I'm still alive to write this review. And I'm no longer taking these meds. Go figure!

We learned of Roosevelt family medicine from my father after my husband pulled his shoulder. I have to say they have a great staff. Lauren helped us through all my questions, insurance, and picking our Dr. She was very helpful and polite, never rushing, and even called me back when I had more questions. The Fritzinger/Lewis family thanks you Lauren we really appreciate all your help!

Dr Lap, Nurse Jessica, and front desk Lauren are the best team ever. I am moving to Texas and will miss this great team. Lauren always will help you from trying her best to get you a same day appointment to just being kind. Jessica is kind, knowledgeable, and a great nurse, Dr Lap is the best. She got my husband on meds fir a few things he was neglecting, and she saved my life many times. If she doesn’t know the answer, she sends you to the specialist. I love these ladies and will miss them.

Brittney White is the WORST doctor I’ve ever seen. My first interaction was with her in February. I was looking for a new PCP and she had availability. Anything I asked her about she said I would need to see a specialist instead of helping in whatever way she could. When I had cold symptoms I tested negative for Covid, but called for an appointment because my sore throat was lingering. She refused to allow me to come into the office and instead called me (was supposed to zoom) and after 2 minutes said she was going to prescribe me antibiotics without testing to see if really needed them. I see a weight loss doctor who is out of network and they asked me to get my labs done with my primary care provider to make sure I don’t have malabsorption of nutrients. I provided Brittney with the letter, but she REFUSED to put in the order for the labs and would not speak to me herself. I’ve honestly never had a doctor so unhelpful and so unsympathetic. Do not see her if you go here. She does not really care.
