Dr. Mitchell is incredible at taking care of children that need extra care and communication with other medical professionals. He has been a critical piece of our care for my son who has doctors up in Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and he always takes the time to follow up and coordinate his care with the team up there as well as here locally. He talks to my son as if he is a person and really cares about him. He has even come into the ER late night in order to ensure that my son was being cared for properly considering his needs. We are so thankful to Dr Mitchell and I can honestly say that he is irreplaceable.

Dr. Mitchell is a magnificent doctor and is very good with children. My children having been visiting him for 10+ years and they love him, they call Dr. Suess because they say he wore a Cat In The Hat Tie so that’s how he got the name.

First, I want to say that General Booth Pediatrics has a great team of doctors and nurse practitioners, nurses, and office staff! We have seen all of them at one time or another. Even the wait time is not too bad, the longest we waited was about 20 minutes. Average for us was 15 minutes or less.I love, love, love Dr Mitchell! He went out of his way to make sure my kids were well taken care of. (How many doctors do you know that would leave a note on your door when they couldn't reach you otherwise?!) He always knew who we were, and spoke to us on a personal level. We never felt like just another patient/number. Wish we still lived close enough to see him. (Our recent move to CA makes it a bit far to drive for well-checks!)My only complaint is with SOME of the staff. There are a few that are not very people friendly. Guess they could have been having a bad/busy day, but it still sticks out in my mind...
