East Beach Medical Associates's Online Review Report Card

I don't know why all of you are so hard on this Establishment? I have been going to these Doctor's and Dentist office for year's. Now I haven't been there in couple of year's, but I have had no complaints. I don't recall a Kim working up front, but I do or did know Kathy. She is a super Receiptionist and very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend this Medical Office to anyone who is looking for a Doctor, and they do not have long waits!

Dr.Jennifer Fourtune is great but I had to wait 20 minutes for a lab tech before I just got and decided to just go back and get the labs done when I have more time

I absolutely love Jennifer fortune but the front desk staff is extremely rude in person & via phone . The person who is consistently disrespectful is Kim . I’ve spoke to the office manager and it seems there is no disciplinary action because she continues to act in this manner . I’m not the first nor will I be the last person to complain about this lady ! The front desk is the first point of contact and reflection on the office which she clearly doesn’t understand. Her tone of voice , attitude , & overall demeanor needs to be worked on . IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB OR LINE OF WORK QUIT ! It’s extremely simple .

Please do yourself a favor and choose another office as your provider. The women who sit at the front desk, especially Kim are all very unprofessional and passive aggressive. If you are looking for medical professionals who respect and are kind to their patients please choose somewhere else. I went for a Pap smear in January and to this day I haven’t been able to get any one on the phone to tell me my results. The last time I called Kim picked up and told me “well you’re just now calling back in almost October” then put me on hold. Extremely extremely unprofessional. This someone else got on the phone and said we’lol call you back. A Mess . This practice will not be receiving another penny from my insurance and copays!!!

This doctor is very detached with no bed side manner. She missed diagnosed me and I was refused life insurance. I went to a specialist to address my problem, and after seeing him for awhile he said I did not have what was diagnosed. I went to her again and she said she never said I did have that problem. I show her the report she gave me gave me when I left her office. All she did was shrugged her shoulders as if to say okay you got me. I am looking for a new doctor. Some of the office staff very, very rude.

Wanted to switch my thyroid testing to somewhere close to home, had my blood testing done and finished my prescription I currently had. Three months later I try to fill a new prescription and they never renewed it. Called all week and was told I was "high priority" to get my pills called in. Now it's Friday and I'm almost a week off my thyroid medicine and I'm told call back Monday. I have no thyroid, I need this medicine to live. I will never go here again.

Bon Secures Little Creek has litarally saved my life. From the beginning of coming there after a 6 bypass open heart surgery & for years battling PTSD from military Dr Holmes listened & cared about my complete mental & physical health. He has relocated since then & it was at first very hard for me knowing he left. But PA Mrs/Miss Fortune had big shoes to fill & has been a blessing to put me at ease & to continue amazing path & very humble, understanding & concerned about all her patients health/well being. Can't say enough of how I'm blessed to have caring Drs & staff and want say Thank You. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🌎🌎🌎🌎

Wendy Alband does not care about your health. was seeing dr holmes whom I thought was a great doctor, loved him He left the practice and I was stuck with Wendy Alband. I needed refills on my cholesterol, blood pressure and thyroid meds. She would not refill them. I could not get an appt for over 2 months and I asked please fill my meds till I have my appt. She didnt care. So I got a new dr who told me my cholesterol was off the charts.And that the dr should of never let me go without meds. My boyfriend also saw her after dr holmes left and she told him he didnt need to take the blood pressure meds that dr holmes prescribed and she did not refill he winded up in the hospital w Extreme hypertension. And because my cholesterol was so high for those months I now have a enlarged left side on my heart All thanks to this uncaring doctor
