My daughter, Talynn, has a rare genetic syndrome called Bohring-Opitz Syndrome. We battled many doctors during the first 6 months of her life until finally we were referred to Dr. Chocano. Dr. Chocano has gone above and beyond to help explain and treat my daughter. I truthfully believe his history of being a primary care physician before specializing in Pulmonogy has helped. He will refer out and works with other specialities to better care for his patients. We hope never retires!

Horrible pathetic waste of time. Clearly doesn't care about what's really happening with his patient. Only cares about what he can says he can measure on his stupid computer program. Doesn't believe what you say your child is going through and is dismissive of nearly everything you say. Calls himself a "skeptic" upon entering the room. Really? You can't measure pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness, lethargy or dizziness. I suppose those things don't exist either? How about stupidity and incompetence? Those are clearly observable. If your kids doesn't fit neatly into his symptom box, he cannot help you....cannot think outside the box! Not everyone is the same. He doesn't treat the patient, he treats only what he can measure. He stated the 4 other docs, including a chkd doc, were wrong about the asthma diagnosis. Really? Then he turns around and wants to call for an ambulance after putting her into respiratory distress in the office. What asthma, right? What a quack!

Great doctor. He explain in detail my son diagnostic , gave us an advise about treatment , recommend a specialist . I will visit again this office and get an appointment with him.
