forgetful, late all the time, lacks empathy, over charges, pushes his ideals and beliefs, and hires front desk staff that can't distinguish an issue date from a expiration date on a insurance card as well as hand out the wrong paperwork to sign-out. I think an hour late without calling the office is unacceptable.

Dr. Germano listened and was very compassionate and thorough at evaluating my health concerns while staying at the Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center. He is a kind doctor who resolved my thyroid medicine and I feel so much better.
