It seems almost disrespectful and negligent to only give this man 5 stars when he saves children's lives on a daily basis. Google should do better when considering a grading scale of real life super heroes. Dr. File met my husband and I September 9, 2021 when our daughter was diagnosed with a malignant tumor. Dr. File instinctively formed an alliance with our family as if it was just natural. He consoled us, guided us and more importantly, advocated for our daughters best interest. Today our daughter looks forward to going to the clinic simply because she gets to see her best friend and comrade, Dr. File. After her treatment we moved away and tried to continue her journey of remission in other hospitals but they all fell short of the team we encountered at CHKD. Dr. File is truly remarkable and an absolutely incredible human being. He is a friend to children with their backs against the wall. He fights with and for these children and their families as they endure what no family should ever have to. We will forever cherish Dr. File and what he has done for our daughter.

Dr File is a true gem of a human. I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am for Dr. File and his team. They have handled my daughters treatment and follow ups with such care and attentiveness. I hope you never have to bring your child to an oncologist but, if you do, then bring them to him.

I would avoid this DR. He was treating my Daughter for ADHD in NJ. He was potentially stopping her Growth. I spoke to him about it a # of times but he was RESISTANT to conversation. I heard he was a good research Dr. My Opinion is he should have kept doing that. We went to a Endocronologist who agreed and I got rid of him. HE HAPPENED TO LOOSE ALL OF HER RECORDS, in the MEAN TIME? I wonder Why? I had though that RECORDS were a Sacred thing to a DR? Mark Deegan 201 995-7547

Treated and possibly Stopped my daughters Growth Hypothetically, with Stimulants for ADHD. Did not respond to my Concerns. Talked to an Endocronologist, who helped my Child. Dr Wilson apparently then LOST all of her, years of records. Its my opinion I would NEVER have a Child in the hands of this DR. Growth issues with ADHD were well known. Even then. I was under the Impression a Good Dr would NEVER ...

Dr. Wilson is the best Dr I have ever been to. He's very smart but also very compassionate and caring. I started with arthritis issues in my 20's and Never got any real help or correct diagnosis until in my upper 40's when I saw Dr Wilson... He got me in the correct treatment, meds and I ended up in remission and now at almost 68 I am still not back on meds for arthritis. He is about the finest person I ever met.

Dr File is a very detailed thorough doctor. He diagnosed our son with CML cancer and treated our son for several years. Our son is now 17 years old and doing AMAZING. We give Dr. File 5 stars but there are not enough stars to truly rate Dr. File. We live in Texas now but we would fly to see him to be treated if we had too ! Dylan is a senior in high school and looks up to Dr. File so much that he is pursuing a degree in the medical field. My husband myself and our Dylan think he is by far the very best !

Condescending and rude. Extreme lack of knowledge on neurological conditions. Talked down to me about my child's conditions and was no help at all. This facitlity in general is extremely depressing and I really question the integrity of its workers. Do not let your child be treated here.
