If I didn't have to wait on an average of 2-3 hours every time I visited I would give 5 stars. Dr. Sheppard in a great doctor and the support staff are all excellent but it is ridiculous to wait an average of 2-3 hours every time I visit.

Best eye care anywhere!!! Both myself and my husband have been patients of Dr. Sheppard for many years. Now that we’ve retired and moved away, we continue to drive 4 hours to continue treatment with him!
