Love Paula! Which fortunately is who we see more. Dr. Reifschneider is rude and makes my son feel ashamed and even more depressed than he already dose about having diabetes. Not once has he ever told him anything positive!! We both hate him. I wish there more options for pediatric endocrinology cause we certainly would switch.

Dr. G is amazing. Wish the staff was more friendly or helpful. Sometimes I feel we are mistreated, or mismanaged waiting on rx refils, or being hung up on after asking for assitance. Staff on the phone responds as if our request for help is a nuisance to them. Last ending to our call was "mmhm" after I said "thank you", no bye or your welcome. Just mmhmm, click.

Dr.Reifschneider is an amazing doctor. He has gone above and beyond to help my little brother with his klinefelters syndrome. He is incredibly smart and to the point. It is obvious that he prioritizes his patients health needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good Peds Endocrinologist

Son was a patient. He had lab work scheduled after visits and did not review/ explain results or treatment plan. In order to get our questions answered we had to call the office for explanation which left me confused, was inadequate and without medical support .We then scheduled a follow up visit to attempt to understand his treatment plan when we were provided a medical explanation that was inaccurate ...

This man is beyond rude & has NO clue! He told my 16yr old she was obese when she weighs 154! Then told me, a type 1 diabetic for over 10+ years, that A1c numbers are irrelevant! Do not waste your time! I should have walked out! Horrible dr wouldn't even call him that!
