If you love waiting a minimum of an hour to be seen, this is the place for you. Though some of their doctors are ok, it's not worth it to me. They have no respect for your time. You have to take a significant amount of time off from the very job that provides the insurance for you to go see these people. Although some are nice and apologetic, doesn't take away from the fact that they are never ready for you. I've been here for years and I'm finally over it. I got to my appointment early like they tell you to do, then waited over an hour and a half to even be seen before finally walking out. And if you are calling for an appointment, good luck because your wait will be at least 10mins and if you choose to press 2 to leave a message, no one will get back to you in even 72hrs.

I visited Dr. Kreider for the first time in search of a new GYN MD, she has a great bedside manner, calm, attentive and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I would recommend her and plan to return when in need.

Dr. Kreider was so patient and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything as she did it so that I was informed throughout the visit. She was so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

In my experiences with various doctors over many years, I have felt rushed. With Dr. Kreider she is always attentive and relaxed when she engages with me. She does not seem hurried to rush to the next patient. She is focused and listens to my concerns, takes time to explain things and she answers all of my questions. She makes me feel like she is concerned and genuinely cares about my well being.

I needed a new gynecologist. My last experience left me not wanting to return. Honestly, I had just put it off for awhile. One day Patient First calls me asking about my female health visits and when I told them I hadn't been in a few years they found Dr. Krieder for me and I've had two appointments so far and I am satisfied with how she is as a provider and would refer anyone to her and that practice for care. The front desk and medical staff are nice and helpful.
