Terrible doctor and office management. She does not deserve even one star. They expect you to show up on time. Which I have every time my daughter has had an appointment. They have rescheduled my daughter's appointment for a procedure twice at last minute. They canceled the last appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. We were already at the office. Had to ask for a note. Then when they come to explain, the doctor talks to my daughter never making eye contact with me(the mom) who drives the 18 yrs old there and who provides shelter and the insurance that the doctor will bill . This doctor is rude and doesn't respect other people's time.

My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Caves. It was her first visit. Dr. Caves was thorough and took extra time and talked to me and my daughter about her problems. As my daughter is disabled and in the autism spectrum, this was extremely important to us.
