Dr. Russell is wonderful with my son! She is focused and pationate about seeing results and she's surely brought my son out of his shell when it comes to doctor's. She takes on her patients like they are the only one. This one on one approach made him so comfortable that he came to her and I and told us he was ready to start taking a growth hormone shot everyday to deal with his diagnosis of "small for gestational age". 5 star

Dr. Russell has been treating my daughter for over 4 years! We started seeing her when my daughter was 18 months after her diagnosis. She always been such an attentive and caring doctor. You can tell she knows her stuff and truly cares for her patients! We wouldn't want any other Endocrinologist.

Dr. Russell has worked with our son related to growth hormone issues since our move to Virginia. She has been extremely attentive to his needs, up to date on the latest research and treatments related to his condition, and a caring provider who took the time to connect with him as the patient as well as us as parents. Her nursing staff was excellent and the support in navigating the many insurance challenges was amazing as well. I would highly recommend her for any growth-hormone related needs.

Dr. Russell has treated my son for more than five years and is compassionate, knowledgeable and on top of all of his growth related needs. We will miss our continuing work with her as he is no longer in need of those services. Dr Russell is the most caring physician. My son has been her patient for the last six years. She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She doesn't rush you and always makes sure you understand. She always goes above and beyond my expectations.
