He is a very caring, knowledgeable and informed DR. Been my DR for 10-15 years, and has never misdiagnosed me or prescribed the wrong med for the condition he said I had. HE REALLY LISTENS, and he knows his medical conditions. RECOMMEND highly.

I was working as a part-time employer in a nursing home in Norfolk While making "rounds" one evening ,I noticed a resident that I'll call pleasantly confused most of the time to have a young handsome male visitor. I inquired from the other employees the identity of the visitor. "That's Dr.Tadros ,her doctor. On my next round I noticed that Dr.Madrid was not merely sitting the room but that he was actually engaging and exchanging communication. He was really listening! Needless to say I was impressed.When Dr. Tadros returned the resident's chart I asked him if he was accepting new patients and If I was too young? He said that I could become one of his parents. I don't know how long he has been my physician but I have been in some serious situations and Dr.Tadros was right there in ICU beside my bed telling me that everything was going to be alright! My prayer is that God will continue to keep Dr. Tadros,his family healthy and blessed.I am truly blessed to be cared for by such an awesome, up to date physician !!!!💗 He has an amazingly outstanding ,caring staff!! His office physician partner,Dr.Sharon Sadr completes the office ex -perience!!!! -

Every aspect of this visit was flawless. Office staff are courteous and efficient. He has a friendly, gentle manner. He spends time and does seem rushed. His phlebotomist is also friendly and quite good with her needles and tubes. Absolutely no complaints.
