I met Dr. Joly 10 years ago after being referred to him by a Dr. In Boston I have seen him every 2 months. He has always been so professional and friendly. I have complete trust in him. I have recommended him to many friends and family and they have had the same positive experience. He does stay booked in advance but it will be well worth the wait.

When you have vision issues and afraid of loosing your sight it's important to have a physician who attentively listens, but unfortunately my first visit was a complete fiasco and I would never return to see Dr Joly. I entered with numerous questions and concerns, but became so frustrated that I literally shutdown and wanted to walk out. He was dismissive and continued to cut me off when I attempted speak, so I simply gave up. Very disappointed and would not recommend Dr. Joly.

This has been the worst experience trying to get our son in for a necessary surgery. It's been since the spring of 2021 that we have tried to get this appointment. It's finally scheduled next week...but they have NOT called back as promised with information regarding when and where the appointment is AND any health and safety precautions we need to take and prepare for before and especially AFTER the surgery. They said 72 hours, it's been almost a week and no one has called. Their answering service is terrible, sitting 10 minutes or more on hold and no one ever picks up to check in. When they do, they are of little help. Abysmal. It's a shame, because we hear the doctor is good, but everything else screams this is an awful practice and location.
