Went for VA urgent care. Friendly staff, quick check-in great PA. In and out in half hour. I would recommend for veterans.

This is the worst place ever. Nurse that claims she was office manager asked me to put a mask on when I went in with my child. I asked why and she started yelling stating that she refuses to see anyone that doesn’t wear a mask. I wasn’t there for a respiratory issues. She claims she heard me cough. Stop being a sheep. Stop letting mainstream media into scaring you to wear a paper mask. They don’t protect you.

I was here on the 28th, was sick and all they did was check for strep and covid came back negative and she goes when do you want to go back to work? Which is unprofessional in my opinion. It’s now a week and a half later and I feel worst. At East beach urgent care and praying I get answers because Iv has bronchitis before and if it’s not treated it can get worst. Thanks a lot. Don’t go here unless you just want a check up or a note to say you don’t have to go to work… also took forever to get seen.

The staff was so caring! My son is a disabled adult child with multiple ailments. He had a bad absess in an unmentionable area. They made him feel at ease and got us in and quickly. Thankyou everyone on staff that Velocity. You will never know how much it means to this mama that you treated my son with such dignity and professional care!

I came in thinking I had an ear infection. The doctor did an ear cleaning and then took the time to explain to me what she thinks it could be and why it isn’t an ear infection. I never have doctors take the time to explain. Also what the next step would be if the thing we do doesn’t work. Lastly, If I have to go to an E&T doctor what they would likely do. Amazing. Rachel the PA was awesome.

I was treated about 2 weeks ago, and advised further testing was needed, and someone would contact me with the results. Velocity left a message a week ago, and I've made numerous attempts to call back and no one answers. Today I received a letter stating that Velocity has made attempts to contact me and to call them back at 757-267-91 (the rest of the number is cut off). I called the main number a left a voice message with the Practice Manager. Hopefully Velocity will return my call as soon as possible.
