Y'all had great customer service the staff was so nice like they made you feel comfortable when they knew you was feeling down about your situation and most off all they treated you as if you where apart of there family the workers there put a smile on your face when you don't even feel like smiley and that mad me feel good about y'all if i was to have to tell somewhere to good if they had symptoms i would very much so recommend velocity urgent care to them and i love the way the inside of the building look like it was very clean and made u feel safe and secure and the staff is amazing i loved my experience even tho I didn't like the situation i was in and the staff made sure i had my confidence back before leaving the clinic and i love that

The wards concer norfolk office is horrible the receptionist keep going outside to talk on phone while she tell use to have a seat so she can check patients in when she finally get to you once your schedule check in time is now late receptionist says oh your appointment is for a later time than you scheduled on line . Receptionist don't have on a mask when it says mask required. I called insurance company to make a grievance and she heard my conversation and then I really sat long she put patients in front of me .They have no respect for people time I'm a healthy care worker and this is so unprofessional just take my money and treat me bad

Dr Travis and Nurse Stacy were terrific!!! They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything went quickly. I would definitely recommend this Velocity. 😊
