Dr. Haverty knew exactly what my issue was and thoroughly explained it to me. The changes he had me make have already made a huge difference in how I feel. Communication with and through his team has been very frustrating for me.

Terrible experience with his staff and because of their nonreplies to serious messages / their total lack of interest in my esophageal problem and care, I was forced to cancel an appointment that took 7 months to get. Will never go back to Dr who Ive been seeing for about 10+ years! Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Disputable treatment Total l lack of interest in patient’s needs & no communication even day before serious procedure to point where after waiting 7 months had to cancel appointment! That doesn’t follow the Hypocratic oath doctors take and in fact endangers the patients life. INFURIATING!!!

Dr. Haverty is not only a physician that is very skilled and knowledgeable in his line of work but is one of the most compassionate and dedicated doctors I have ever gone to or worked with during my lengthy nursing experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Haverty! He takes the time with his patients and thoroughly explains his knowledge of your condition. He has made sure to personally follow up with me on testing results ( even after business hours). He works hard to make to ensure his patients receive the care they need and takes notice in the frustrations his patients face with the rising cost of the drugs we need to maintain our disease. Working to come up with solutions to reduce cost! His beside manner is one that I haven’t been able to compare to many physicians, he is kind gentle and so understanding. If you want to feel like you are truly heard and not just another insurance claim Dr. Haverty is the Dr. for you!

Absolutely the worst experience with a doctor's practice. The initial (only) visit was fine with Dr. Haverty. Once I walked out, the doctor and his staff were so unresponsive to my emails asking for help and relief for my condition. I detailed my symptoms and his response was either slow or one or two words. It was obvious he did not read my emails. There is so much more I could share about how poorly this practice responds to patients, but I won't go into detail. I would avoid this GI doctor and staff at all costs.
