Disrespectful office staff had the nerve to call me a liar! In front of other office staff and my family. Why? I asked her why she had not canceled the appointment for my baby's shots? As she said she would over the phone hours earlier? That was her reply. I did not always feel comfortable at this office location. She should loose her job. I spoke to the nurse and doctor. However I will write a letter so no other parent has to be mistreated. Dr Schinstock is not bad but not great either. Some of her advice was very outdated like put rice in baby's bottle at 3 months old. At first I had no problems with making appointments. Later some of the office staff would not let me make my baby's next immunizations appointments. Instructed to call back in 6 weeks. I have found a better Pediatric office.

Dr. Schinstock has always provided both of my children with utmost professional and superb medical attention. Regardless if it was a well or sick visit, she took the time to be very thorough in her exam and diagnosis. We have always been very pleased with the care she provided and highly recommend anyone with children to Dr. Schinstock.
