Wonderful team located by lake Monticello. The staff was knowledgeable and on time. The pa/NP provided superb insight and thoughtfullly fielded my medical questions. Highly recommend.

I just started going to this office, and I can't say enough good things! The checkin was super fast, I'd barely sat down and they were taking me into the room from the waiting room. Lissette made me feel so heard, and immediately jumped into trying to get my chronic pain under control. The messages I send are answered almost immediately, it's been such a night and day experience from my last primary care office. Thank you to everyone who works here, it's obvious that you're a great team and that you care!

I had a seizure in my sleep last Thursday. I took myself to the ER the following morning. Who prescribed me 2000mg of kepra a day. They suggested I see a neurologist. I contacted lake Monticello primary care to get a referral. Even though I had been to see them within the last 6 months for a physical, flu shot, etc. I was told over the phone that they have to see me first before referring me. Well, I was trying to avoid this due to my hectic and busy work schedule. So... the day of, I am going to be 5 minutes late. I call apologizing for this, and to let them know ahead of time. All I get is “ well we can’t see you today then “. No communication beyond that. The kepra that the ER has prescribed me is making me aggressive and now I get to wait until June 1st to see a neurologist before my medication can be changed. Oh... and wait for it, the neurologist appointment was already scheduled, so I was lied to on top of it. I’m going to riverside where I’m treated with compassion and respect. To be clear, the doctors I’ve seen here have always treated me with respect. The staff member I spoke to not so much.

The staff are friendly here, but you will never get an appointment. My husband scheduled an appointment two months out and it has been canceled twice now so that he won't get an appointment for almost 6 months from when he first called. You can't always plan on when you need to see a doctor, but you can bet you won't get an appointment here.

Dr. Castrodale actually listens to you and takes your concerns seriously. Which is hard to find these days. The office staff is great. Phone calls and messages are answered quickly. I don’t want to move outside of this area because I know I won’t be able to find another doctor like him.

Encouraging and knowledgeable doctors and staff, efficient, respectful and pleasant experience. I was seen on time, and felt like Dr. Cheng was not rushing me out of the office. He took the time to discuss my results and my health goals, and explained to me the available tools to reach them.

I love the nurses' and my Primary Care team.
