My experience at Tidewater Eye Center was excellent. Everyone was very professional and orderly. Dr, Newsome is the best. I would recommend Tidewater Eye Center to anyone.

It is a large facility/doctor’s office - so large that’s it feels like a machine. But, it is run very efficiently, and the staff is professional, and the doctor was thorough and kind.

I go to doctors appointments 3-4 times each week, and never in my life have I had such a non stressful and almost relaxing experience. Dr Tomko actually LISTENED to me and made me feel like I had a say in course of treatment or care. The 2 ladies that helped me prior to Dr Tomko were also amazing, they reassured me of my uncertainties, they explained things I was confused about and showed me how things worked. I will 100% be returning for all of my annual visits from now on and will refer anyone who asks in the future!
