Alok Rustogi's Online Review Report Card

UPDATE: We totally enjoy having our family doctor being Dr. Alok Rustogi and he gets 5/5 stars however I just had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their Nurse Practitioner over the phone again. This is not the first time we have had problems with her. It needs to be the last time. Her name is Cara or Caralyn because of course they still could not clarify her name. This is not the first time I have had to deal with their NP who apparently bullied my family member over the phone, then called me thinking they could bully me. Never make the mistake in thinking you can bully me. You cannot. PREVIOUS 5/5 STARS Review:Once again, I find myself giving a professional a 5 star rating. Once again it is on behalf of a family member. Alok Rustogi M.D. has provided a high level of care for myself and those I know Thankfully I do not require much by way of Medical Doctors, just a the usual check ups. However for my family and friends of my family I refer them to Dr. Alok Rustogi because quite frankly he is the best in Northern Virginia. He has saved the life of those I know on a number pf occasions. His wife is always reachable by mobile texts. If it takes a while to get a response, know that you will get such in due season. His office staff seem to be busy since I feel like i am constantly trying to liaise with them at times. The only other point I make here really is that I prefer my family, friends and myself to see Dr. Alok Rustogi directly not just an NP. Though my family and friends may not complain, if I am handling medical issues for them over states and over countries, I expect and prefer to deal directly with Dr. Rustogi otherwise what is the point? I deal with Medical Doctors locally, domestically and globally. He is the only one I have ever given a 5 star review in the USA. Just like there is only one attorney in the entire USA to whom I ever gave a 5 star review and have had no negative issues with at all. My family, friends and I , have good taste.

Small practice, not very reliable from my experience.

Dr. Rustogi is a consummate professional who treats his patients with compassion and understanding!! He was extremely knowledgable and thorough with his evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. He is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him!!!

He was very thorough, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and had very good bedside manners. His office was very responsive and communications via text/ email was quick

He does not listen nor does he take responsibility for mistakes that his office makes regarding diagnosis and lab procedures instead he prefers to blame the patient he is an idiot

Dr. Rustogi is the best. He takes time to listen and answer all your questions and never do I feel rushed. Even if I have to ask the same questions over and over, he is patient and will explain it until I understand. I get the sense he not only genuinely cares for every patient, but that he wants the absolute best health care given to each patient. If you are lucky enough to have him as your Doctor, you are in good hands.

Dr. Rustogi is compassionate, dedicated, thoughtful, always above and beyond working tirelessly for his patients. So blessed to have him take care of my health as my PCP. He is spot on in diagnosing ailments. I am very impressed with his professionalism.

I highly recommend Dr. Rustogi and his services. The best physician in Loudoun County. Dr. Rustogi is a true gentleman, as well as the most knowledgeable doctor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. A great physician!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Rustogi for several years. The most caring and compassionate doctor I've ever used! Unlike a lot of the physicians today he truly is interested in your well being. Takes the time to address your concerns and you never feel rushed. Love this Doctor!! I finally have found a doctor that truly cares about his patients.
