Dr. Troung was treating for face skin issues due to I have to wear mask for 12 hours shift at the hospital.I am 100% allergic to the mask material due to sensitive skin.Dr. Troung is aware of that because she saw my face condition, so all she did was prescribing me antibiotics for 10 days which did not helped me at all whatsoever.At my apt with Dr. Troung, about a month ago I was told they will call the Dr. Van Ha *Derma*I requested to see and to schedule me for a sooner apt since he already booked a yr out.I called Dr. Troung again today to see if their office contacted the derma that I wish to see, they haven't even call them.Derma office requested to speak directly with Dr. Troung not the staff, again Dr. Troung refused to do so. Instead she wants me to go back to her office again for another FU when she already saw and knows my face condition. Tamika fronts desk was beyond unpleasant and said, to do whatever I want. I am beyond disappointed as to how they don't help their patients.

Dr. Truong is a good listener. She takes the time to discuss my concerns and has always been an excellent and compassionate physician.

Dr. Truong listens. She understands each patient is different. She never makes me feel bad during my visit. I've had visits with other doctors and specialists and I feel worse coming out of the office than I did going in. Not with Dr. Truong. I am so happy I decided to go. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this facility and doctor.

In 2018, I was a new patient of Dr. Truong. It was supposed to be a routine physical, but while there she suspected I might have fibroids. She sent me for an ultrasound that day, and it was confirmed shortly thereafter. A few weeks later I had surgery and was on the road to recovery. Thank you Dr. Truong.

I have been seeing Dr. Troung for many years. She and her staff are top notch. Very informative and take the time to explain information.

No personality or bedside manner. No warmth or even a smile. No knocking before entering the room. No hello. Unprepared without her stethoscope and had to leave to go get it and then sounded like she got distracted talking with other staff. No thank you or good bye at the end. While the doctor did try to explain things a little when I had a question, I felt like such a number and just another appointment to get through.
