I've had Dr Cress as my PCP for over 5 years now. She is always very supportive and listens to everything that's wrong and does her best to help. The staff and NP are excellent as well. Ignore the negative ratings. They are from impatient people who need to go to an ER but are too spoiled by the wonderful care that Dr Cress provides.

DR.Cress and Lucy are the best but the people who answer the phone are enough to make you lose your religion. I waited on the line for 15 minutes for someone to pick up. It happens all too often

She's a gem. Very thorough, organized, compassionate and highly intelligent. Exceptional doctor and I've been to so many, I'm a complicated appointment and she is brilliant. My favorite doctor, hands down. Also! Her nurse, Lucy(?) Is great too. Fantastic team.

I had to switch doctors due to insurance. I took a gamble and picked Dr. Cress because of reviews. She is exceptional. Extremely empathetic and intelligent, took her time. Staff was awesome too!

She did not want to listen to my symptoms, instead was in a hurry to get lab results. Also, she ordered lab tests that I had no idea about, was not informed about and when I found out she had ordered the tests, they were actually very offensive. The office staff is wonderful.

Does not hear what patient has to say about their own body. Would rather go by lab numbers than symptoms. Also, performed blood tests that I had no idea what they were for and when I found out I was extremely offended. Do not recommend her at all. Staff and office is great.
