I can't even get anyone in the office to return my call on a freaking prescription for 8 days now, all calls go to a call center and they forward msgs only, it's horrible if you need your medicine

My experience with Dr. Marc Malouf was a wonderful experience. The office is inviting and all of the employees were always polite, pleasant, efficient, and very caring!!! What more could one ask for when visiting their ophthalmologist’s office!!! Dr. Marc was always prompt, caring and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done while ensuring your safety during the procedure. Dr. Marc you and your staff are wonderful, please continue putting your patients first!!!!🙄💝

My examination was thorough and very pleasant. The entire Malouf Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mark is and always will look out for his patients. I couldn’t be more at ease with the Malouf staff. Dr. Mark is very qualified in his profession. My surgery is a great success.

I was scared to Death to have my Cataract Surgery, But I greatly needed it, Dr. Marc, gave me my eye sight back, to whom I'm most grateful!! Thanks to the staff!

For more than 15 years, I have seen Dr. Michael Malouf for everything from:Basic Annual Exams to Broken Heart Syndrome...ADHD to E-DS (Ehler's - Danlo's Syndrome). Neither of which he was familiar with, before I became a patient at La Amistad...I like to keep his Medical brain's interest peaked.So through the years, along with the above mentioned maladies, he's had to deal with:"Record-Breaking (Sized) Kidney Stones. (I passed it/ them, At Home, with only OTC pain relievers!) ;Fibromyalgia;"Caregivers' Bumps" (Yep. That's the technical term.) "...it's like 'Surfers Knee' calluses, only on a Caregiver's hands. (Mostly) It comes from pushing & lifting a lot of (occupied &/or loaded!) wheelchairs".PTSD: This was pre-COVID-19.Most of you are now aware: It's not 'just' for 'soldiers', anymore!PMDD: (Pre-Menstrual {I like to say 'Dysfunction'.} Dysphoric Disorder.) Think of it as Severe PMS. (From. Hell!)Seriously. "Legally Homicidal for 3-7 days out of every month!" BEFORE your period!I was actually a lot nicer {Like Dr. Jekyll ‍ vs ‍ Mrs. Hyde} during my "Moon Days", than the week prior!"Unknown Allergic Reaction" + "Severe Dehydration", that hospitalized me for a week. (Dehydration is Wā-āy! More Common, & Serious than you think!)COVID-19 Reactions......Now we're dealing with a Pancreatic 'System' disorder of some sort...For Dr. Malouf..., "A Busy Mind is a Happy Mind."Like a much nicer and kinder version of Dr. 'House'. I ‍ like to keep Dr. Malouf's ‍ Medical Mind "Interested'... ‍

I truly love Dr. Mark Malouf. He did cataract surgery on both eyes, and vision is so much clearer. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He has a beautiful personality, thoughtful and a great doctor!! Helen Johnson

Wonderful doctor, pleasant to talk to, answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable with them. Since he's a family doctor, I signed my husband and two children up as our PCP doctor.

Nice, big office and waiting area. Good parking. Friendly staff. Friendly physician. He was very thorough and addressed everything I came in for. Great bedside manner. I would recommend him!

Great doctor! Very down to earth! I was having trouble finding a doctor moving to Anaheim and I'm really happy I found doctor malouf! He's great!
