Extremely rude front desk staff. First time here and will not be back.

Dr Idress is the best. Simply, the best.

Excellent! Knowledgeable, thorough and caring.

I am a recently retired Anesthesiologist/Critical Care physician visiting family newly settled in Purcellville. I attended as a walk-in at the urgent care center Sunday morning March 27th. Dr Idrees gave me a friendly greeting as he passed me on my way to register in the waiting area, and was kind, attentive and very thorough when he assessed me a short while later. I was impressed that he was able to make notes of my current symptoms and past medical history almost without breaking eye contact. His screening for general health risk factors was excellent and physical examination entirely appropriate to my condition. His prescribing was exactly as I would have wished, even in terms of minimising cost. He struck me as very competent, practical and reassuring. I recommend him without hesitation.

I went to visit Dr. Idrees after having severe chest congestion for weeks. I had gone to other doctors and none of them seemed to be able to give me the correct antibiotics. Finally, Dr. Idrees was very thorough with me and prescribed antibiotics that actually worked. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back.

Incredibly rude staff. Their front desk receptionists speak to you like you're an idiot and do not hesitate to hang up the phone on you. While this already put a bad taste in my mouth, my appointment with Dr. Idrees was hardly any better. He is a prescription pusher and will say / prescribe you anything he can to get you out the door as fast as humanly possible. At first, I thought maybe he was just having a busy day and it was a one-time deal. Nope. I had a telehealth appointment with him and he barely even let me speak or ask my questions. I told him one thing about my current prescription I noticed and he immediately told me he was sending a new prescription for me to the pharmacy. He interrupted me every time I tried to get a full sentence out and I left the call feeling confused and upset. This place needs to stop overbooking this doctor so he has more than 30 seconds to spare with each patient. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

The epitome of horrid service. I have nothing but respect for Dr. Idress. He is amazing, and, hopefully he hires staff at the front desk that is not rude. In the wake of a global pandemic, when many gig workers are forced to be on Medicaid, and lucky to have that, when everything else is just gone; it's disgusting to have the FRONT DESK "staff" they have. They are excessively rude, enough to have the lobby looking at the lady, who is the person you'd check in with, call you "poor" for even having Medicaid. Calling in advance, literally, will get you lied to, and will have you verbally insulted, and abused, even if you did call in advance, and they said "no problem we accept that" (same person who did the aformentioned verbal attack, for such a lowly, bigoted reason). This Doctor should reconsider his staff, as he is excellent. The women who run his front desk, make you feel like you are worthless, and, well hopefully he does the right thing and gets new people, that would match his bedside manner, and the other 5 star reviews, which are accurate, before someone who isn't able to take that, having driven an hour to get there, under false pretenses, to be ABUSED and HUMILIATED, by those at the reception. They should be fired, and never allowed to work again. I hope nothing happens, but I would not feel safe going here until they are confirmed to be terminated. This is a police matter as well, as I found out, from other dissatisfied, and horribly treated people. Until they are terminated, this is an otherwise great doctor, with horrible staff, and it cannot deserve more than one star. Shame on this place. Absolutely disgusting, and almost unthinkable they'd blatantly lie, even when the Doctor himself, notices what they've done and their treatment, and looks at them like they've really blown it.

Dr. Idrees is one of the best doctors my have family has ever been to. He takes time and listens to his patients and address every issue. He basically saved my mothers life the first time we ever went to his office. He is kind, compassionate, personable with an excellent bedside manner. If you are looking for a new Dr. he would be your best choice. From children to seniors, he is the best Dr. In the area.

Horrible receptionist made me not want to try this place out. I was recommended this doctor but if that's the type of service I will need to go through to get to this doctor, no thank you.
