I went to the ER with a broken arm, and Dr. Carter just happened to be the orthopedist on call that day. He diagnosed my problem, and explained it in terms I could understand without condescending. The quality of his surgery was excellent and he made sure I understood what was going to happen. The staff at his practice are also excellent. I relay questions to Dr. Carter's assistant, who asks him when necessary, and I get a prompt answer.

Dr. Aaron Carter is the best. He truly cares about his patients, and he engages in participatory decision-making where the patient has a voice in her/his care.

Dr. Carter took time to explain everything and made sure I understood. He has never rushed me or made me feel like he has more important patients. I've seen him for a couple issues and will see him for any ortho issues that may come up.

Very friendly and made my 16 year old feel comfortable while talking to him about his upcoming tibia fracture repair. We will see him Monday for the surgery. His assistant was very pleasant also. Feel like my son is in very safe hands.

Doctors and techs and assistance all we’re good. One star taken off for the hour long wait before I saw the doctor (for an 8:45 AM appointment)

Dr. Carter is the best. He educates his patients and offers solutions. He surgically repaired my rotator cuff and tendon. I am healing and grateful I had a great orthopaedic surgeon by my side.

Very pleasant with my visit to Dr. Carter. Her was very thorough and very understanding. I love that he takes his patients request in consideration. His office staff were also beyond helpful. Very satisfied with my visit with my wife who had a knee injury.
