Dr. Plotner is a very caring and personable person. I see him every few years for Barrett's disease and he has never rushed me. This doctor explains everything and answer's all my questions. In my opinion Dr. Plotner, is an outstanding doctor!

I have been going to Dr. Plotner for 15 years. Yesterday at the emergency room in Arlington Hospital, I was diagnosed with acute sigmoid colon diverticulitis. I left with my diagnosis planning to see my trusted G.I. doctor, Dr. Alan Plotner with whom I have a 15 year relationship. Unfortunately when I called for an appointment, a person whose name was Gabriel advised me that the first available appointment was October 15. Enough said. I guess I can solve my G.I. tract problems all by myself.
