List of Alexia Gospodinoff's Reviews
She has always listened to me (10 Years) and prescribed meds that helped. After everything I've been through, she is still there working and helping me.
Wow. Kept trying to reach somebody at the front desk but they don't answer. Finally somebody answered with a quick "please hold" and was put on hold forever. Hung up and tried again, same thing. They really don't seem to want to answer the phone.
Was referred to Dr G by my dermatologist. She is kind, patient and willing to work with other doctors to provide the best treatment for multiple autoimmune issues. I trust her and have referred my mom and daughter to her!
Awful. Did not listen to any of my concerns and invalidated the one or two things that she did listen to. Talked more to her technician who was taking notes than to me. The technician asked me more questions and listened more attentively than the doctor.
Outstanding
Staff is not friendly and borderline rude (except for AnnMarie at Landsdown). Dr. G tries to help with her toolbox of drugs but is not open to other ideas for treatment and literally ridiculed me when I brought up an alternative. Wait time is almost always 50 minutes to 1hr.
Interesting -got a call back to do more blood work cannot get the lab tech to answer phone , called the office told you need to call him he is with patients this could take forever never answers. I also called office 2 times on Friday March 4th at 2:00 phone answering machine tells me office is closed they closed at 2:30. Wow great service to the patients.
Good doctor
I do not recommend at all, the three times I went it did not help me at all, and the recipes that it gives do not tell you why it is going to help you, the last time I closed the door in my face so as not to talk to me, very unprofessional , and the center for which Virginia center of arthritis works, they are thieves, they told me that the consultation was $ 120.00 and they send me a bill of $ 417.00 and they have no one to complain about the charge, they only told me another nurse and charged me 300 that They can't charge me less because the bill is already in the system, I don't recommend it
Dr Gospodinoff is “so so” but has a lot to learn to improve with bedside manner. Condescending in an indirect way. Staff at front desk are unprofessional. Try at your own risk!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
