List of Claudia Saba's Reviews
The office staff and customer service were terrible. Difficult to get on the phone and unresponsive. Would not return to this office again and do not recommend it.
Dr Saba, called me to give me my test results and a new RX for Osteoarthritis. Last week. The medication exasperated my tinnitus. I’ve called 4 times about getting a new RX, between last week and now this week. They told me last week, that they sent another new RX to my pharmacy. When I get there, the pharmacy said it’s the same exact prescription I’m already on. I called the Drs office today, asking for Dr Saba to call me, so I can finally get a new prescription for my Osteoarthritis. The secretary says, the Dr doesn’t call patients at home. I said, the Dr did last week. The secretary said, well I don’t know about that. Like I’m lying! Then she said, I need to set up a online meeting with the doctor. I said I’m not paying again when this was supposed to be a new RX from my appointment 2 weeks ago, and I still don’t have a new medication! Then she says you don’t have to yell, which I wasn’t yelling I was just upset because I need medication! Then she proceeds to tell me it’s not her fault because I never spoke with her! I said, no but it’s your office and you are not helping, just trying to make me pay again, and then she Hung up on me. Just lovely, first basically says I’m lying, won’t help, wants to charge me again, and make me wait longer for a medication that works, and then hangs up on me! What a lovely Doctor’s Office!
This morning I arrived at Dr. Saba's office as a new patient. I had waited for this appointment for 2 months. I had heard really good things about this doctor and she was recommended by my dermatologist, so I didn't mind waiting for my first appointment. When I was navigating to her office this morning, I noticed some negative google reviews. I read them but then ultimately dismissed them, assuming they were just outliers. Now I understand them a bit better. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist said 'oh, someone should have contacted you'. I said no one had called me and I had called the office the previous day to confirm my appointment. Well, it turns out that Dr. Saba was sick and had to cancel my appointment so I needed to reschedule. This was disappointing as I had taken the morning off from work, but these things happen so I asked when I could reschedule. They looked and said her next new patient appointment is in four months. But I could see her PA today if I wanted to. Due to the complicated and subtle nature of my potential illness, I wanted to see the doctor that I was referred to...especially for my first visit. So, I didn't know what to say. I let them know that I was very frustrated and disappointed with the way this turned out. I was met with anger and defensiveness from the staff. I was told "Dr. Saba has COVID, you want to get COVID?. We told you that you can see her PA today." I explained that I had waited for a long time because I was a new patient and I wanted the full evaluation of the doctor I was referred to. They told me the PA was exactly the same and would be just as good. And they told me that they had left messages for EVERYONE (this was stressed multiple times). Perhaps the insinuation was that I did receive one and was lying? Not sure. They could have said "I am so sorry that you didn't receive a message. We thought we contacted everyone. That was a real inconvenience for you". Perhaps Dr. Saba could have found some extra time in her schedule (sooner than four months) just for the people that were cancelled at the last minute. But none of these things happened. Instead I was met with indignation and anger from the staff. Since I never got to see Dr. Saba, I can't comment on her care. But the office staff is surely a reflection of the doctor. Just wanted to put this out there in case in helps someone else find a doctor's office that is kinder and more reasonable.
have been seeing Dr. Saba for a long time. when I first came to see her she told me lets get rid of the pain, then we can figure out how to treat it. She is wonderful, and caring about her patients . Great Dr. could not ask for better.
Dr. Saba is the sweetest & a very knowledge rheumatologist. However her front office is very rude and an inefficient bunch I have known. Sad that I have to loose a good doctor because of the front office staff’s unacceptable behavior.
I enjoyed this dental office I've been going there for years. They stopped caring about the people.. I had to cancel twice because I had two serious migraines and I can't drive when I have one. They didn't understand and they wanted to build me. They said I didn't give him enough notice when a migraine happens it happens. .
My husband and I are most impressed with Dr. Saba's time, attention and ability to assess my hard-to-treat condition. Her staff has gone the extra distance and is always professional and efficient.
Dr Saba has been my disability Dr for over a decade. Nothing against her in person or on phone. Still trying to understand how their administration office and nurses have stopped caring whether they do what I think is Dr Saba's plans and orders for me. Something is definitely going on there. I can't keep up with all their mistakes that never end.
I've been seeing Dr. Saba for about a year. She is wonderful. She takes time and care to see that you have the right treatment. She referred me to another doc for a second opinion which allowed me not to have surgery recommended by the first doc. I was surprised to read some of the earlier reviews. I think the office staff is wonderful. They've been nothing but kind and efficient. One of my friends saw Dr. Saba, and after many misdiagnoses from other docs she got to the heart of the matter and experienced relief!
This doctor and his office just want to charge your insurance, make money and no service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
