My 14 yr old son fractured his wrist at football practice and Dr. Aguiar worked him in right away. Dr. Aguiar was patient and methodical in explaining his diagnosis and the treatment plan. Thankfully my son didn’t need surgery; but we know we have a good doc if we ever need one!

Dr Agiar is the best in the northern Virginia. He cares much about patients health and happiness more than anything, and I haven’t seen that with any other orthopedics in this area, if you are seeing him then you are in good hands, follow his words as a letter of law.

When you get bad news it's important not to take it out on the messenger. I remind myself of that and look at the silver lining that I have the very best surgeon who will be taking care of me. Dr. Aguilar is the best! Very knowledgeable while being very nice and easy to talk to. Already had one knee replacement and will be having the second one done by him in the near future.

Dr. Aguiar has given me outstanding care. He did my knee replacement in September and I’m so glad I did it. He and the staff are very professional and caring. I highly recommend him!
