Dr Schenk is a great surgeon. My recovery was cut in half the time it normally takes because of Dr; Schenk's skill as a surgeon. He does things right the first time. I also cannot say enough about his caring attitude and ability. He is always ready to answer questions, and more importantly, his attempt to educate his clients/patients is unsurpassed.

Dr. Schenck is an excellent and caring doctor. The office staff, however, is careless in scheduling appointments and notifying the patient. On more than one occasion, I've heard patients complaining that they drove miles for an appointment only to find that the office staff got it wrong. And it's happened to me at least three times. And when you point out they wave it off, as if your wasted time is insignificant.

The dr is fine but the admin staff doing the scheduling seems to be quite incompetent. My appt has been canceled/rescheduled twice now because there seems to be some failure to communicate internally. These days there are many quality doctors out there, but not as many well run clinics, and this business would do well to remember that. Update: still more run around and miscommunication. After having the appt with the Dr, finally, they still haven't faxed the paperwork needed. I would not recommend this Dr or this practice, find someone else to take care of your junk!

Amazing. One of the most caring physicians i have ever seen in addition to being a highly qualified and trained professional. Nobody wants kidney stones but when you have them you want Dr. Schenk.

Dr. Schenk is one of best physicians I have ever been treated by. He is highly intelligent and thorough with his explanations of diagnosis and procedures. He is compassionate and empathetic in every encounter I have had with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing urological treatment. I am a retired pharmacist and have interacted with several doctors over a 45 year career in retail pharmacy.

Dr. Schenk has been my physician/Urologist for 11 years. I cannot say enough about his caring attitude and ability. He is always ready to answer questions and more important his attempt to educate his clients/patients is unsurpassed. He is great practioner and we are all grateful to have him with us.
