Dr. Fleming provides very professional and thorough care. She is incredibly committed and has been a huge help and support for my son with ADHD. I’m very grateful for her.

Dr. Fleming is absolutely fantastic! We regularly saw her at Virginia Pediatric Group (VAPG), but I just confirmed that Dr. Fleming as of July 2020 is now with Reston Pediatrics. In stark contrast to what their website says about Dr. Fleming accepting new patients, the woman who answered the phone at Reston Pediatrics repeatedly snapped that Reston Pediatrics will NOT/NOT be accepting new patients, which is really sad for all the many families who are fans of Dr. Fleming to hear. It's too bad because I have recommended Dr. Fleming to other families for years and would have continued to do so had she joined a practice that was accepting new patients... and had a more professional phone answering staff.

She is fantastic. We have always had the best experience with her and the kids love her. Just found out she left VAPG. Anyone know where she went?

Dr. Fleming was a great support with our newborn. Professional, personal and approachable. Very encouraging, saying exactly what you need to hear as a new parent.

Dr. Fleming stands out among all of our family's past pediatricians. She is altruistic, unassuming, and considerate of personal values and practices. Your family is her priority, and she takes her time to make everyone (even accompanying big brothers) feel welcome and important. I appreciate how well she listens and takes time to respond to questions, as well as how she aims to let our bodies do their job, rather than rushing to over-prescribe. We are so lucky to have her care for our family!

Dr. Fleming is clearly a professional - so thorough in doing her job and very detailed in explaining to both myself and my daughter without making us feel rushed. Her bedside manner is excellent, she knows how to connect with teens and adults alike. She did not hesitate to address a question I had about one of my other children and her knowledge addressed the concern I had efficiently and gave me such a sense of relief. I am so grateful she is part of this practice!
