Doctor Woo has helped me a number of times when other doctors were unable. She takes her time, listens, is thoughtful, and has always been successful in treating me.

Dr. Wu is a very caring and thorough doctor. She is very attentive, listens well and takes the time to discuss a plan to care for my issues. She doesn’t give up on me, tries to tackle multiple reasons for issues. I enjoy being her patient and feel I am in good hands with her.

Staff is friendly & helpful. Dr. Wu is careful, knowledgeable, friendly and spends time explaining things. Doesn't rush you out. I like dealing with her.

Dr Wu is an excellent physician. She has cared for my father for many years and is one of the most engaged doctors that we have ever met. She listens closely and asks tons of questions. It is clear that she is motivated by a desire to solve problems and improve the lives of her patients. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found her practice.

Absolutely avoid it. Reviews posted by others are all true, wish I had seen it before going. Not only the office visit wasn’t that great, but the office staff were even worse.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but Google insists that I give at least one star. Incredibly rude to patients, spends little time actually listening or discussing your issues, and will never look at your lab results. The front desk is just as terrible, if not worse.

Office staff, accounting and billing are completely inept. I was told that Dr. Wu and her practice accepted my insurance, United Healthcare. The claim was denied as out of network. I am stuck with the bill. I have seen Dr. Wu for more than 10 years with the same insurance. I am extremely disappointed. Dr. Wu, you are fired!

Honestly the worst experience we have ever had with a medical professional.

Staff and accounting are inept. Dr Wu is not terribly friendly. I confirmed with her office that they accepted my insurance. I was a 10 yr patient with the same insurance. The claim was denied out of network. I am stuck with the bill and Dr Wu and her practice could care less. Dr Wu, you are fired!
