Kathleen Rausch's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Rausch's for 28 years and likely saw her for the last time this year as I am of the age I no longer need to see her. I didn't have any babies with her but I did have several other issues, including surgery. I never felt I waited excessively long to get an appointment or to see her once I was in the office. She has been a wonderfully warm & caring physician and I highly recommend her. I will miss her.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rausch. My pregnancy was pretty uneventful but I ended up having to deliver several weeks early due to health complications. She did a great job of explaining things to me and making me feel safe during a really scary time. She’s a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her!

The office manager Sarah absolutely rude and made me feel disrespected as a patient, and also Dr. Patel does not seem to care about the patients needs at all. I was told to arrive at 4 pm for my 415 and was not seen until after 450-455. Patients were even taken after me which caused me to miss my appointment afterwards. I was not even seen by the doctor for more than 5 mins but waited almost a hour.

I had a wonderful experience throughout my pregnancy with both Dr. Patel and Dr. Rausch (who ultimately delivered my baby). They both always took the time to answer my many many questions and I felt very safe and comfortable in their knowledgeable care! The rest of the staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the practice!

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you are looking for a highly stressful pregnancy experience. From how information was delivered to me about my health and my unborn child's health, to a diabetes misdiagnosis, to the billing department filling as "out of network" with my insurance company that I am still dealing with two months later, I do not have a single positive remark about this provider.

I absolutely ADORE Dr.Rausch. She knew me since I was born, my mom said she was very helpful during her delivery for emotional support and physical comfort, like a doula and dr. In one! 23 years later, she is my OB and I can’t say enough good about her. I look forward to seeing her when I have appointments. She is so compassionate and empathetic, she is not afraid to be a human and connect with her patients. I think that human connection/ positive interpersonal interactions between patients and their providers is a central and integral part of high quality healthcare and it is a big reason why she excels in her profession. She also has so much patience, because I’m literally so annoying as a patient and she never seems irritated she just answers all my questions with a smile on her face.

Dr. Rausch is a remarkable gynecologist whom I've referred to two others, and they share my admiration for her. She possesses exceptional bedside manner and isn't hesitant to show her human side. Dr. Rausch is highly attentive to her patients' concerns and spends quality time addressing each issue, providing thorough explanations of relevant information. She listens without judgment, displaying remarkable optimism while remaining grounded in reality. Dr. Rausch genuinely cares about women's holistic wellness, which is evident in her approach to patient care. She places equal importance on our emotional and psychological well-being as she does on our physical health. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Rausch; she is an exceptional doctor whom I hold in high regard.

Dr Rausch is a wonderful doctor. This review is for the doctor. I know patients have had issues with front desk staff or nurses. But Dr Rausch is everything you'd want in an on/gyn.
