The scheduling is easy, the wait time is short, the staff is courteous and helpful! Dr Brooks is thorough, helpful, courteous and respectful. He is a fabulous cardiologist, who listens attentively, answers all questions, explains all options, and puts his patients at ease! He genuinely cares! I recommend him to my family and friends! I am fortunate to be his patient!

Really disappointed with the service. My appointment with Dr Kenneth Brooks was canceled twice. First on January 4th after waiting a month. Then again today January 24th after driving for forty min and was told we left a message this morning for reschedule. If you want a reliable cardiologist and service find someone else.

Dr. K.Brooks is a very professional Cardiologist. He has a nice personality and helps Patient to fix Heart issues along with the great references and connections on the other Patient's health issues that might be very important to be fixed. I feel very lucky finding this Doctor:) Great office and staff. Emma S.

Dr. Brooks is excellent; as are the other cardiologists that I have seen or spoken with. The catch is the front desk. They fail to follow through, fail to issue reports and are indifferent when you have a serious problem. I am fresh from Atrial Valve Replacement and am having atrial fibrillation. Over the weekend the on-call cardiologist called twice and promised that the office would reach out to me today. I called them today and they told me they would get back to me. Never did.

Seems very knowledgeable, logical. Very straightforward. Recommended to me by a friend wo has lead a very active and productive life after a heart transplant over 20 years ago.

Stay away form the whole practice! Everyone of the cardiologist in this practice are incapable of questions with their diagnosis and terrible bedside manner. Dr. Gayle and Dr. Faye Rao are in this practice, they are also unprofessional and insecure.

Been under his care for nearly 10 years. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. He is one of the very few doctors I have known who takes time to listen. Very pleased and satisfied with his care. Without hesitation will recommend.
