Dr. Canter is highly professional and your staff is the worst of the worst. I waited for an appt for a year, kept getting the run around. Staff makes fun of patients and in my opinion does not want to talk / assist patients. Staff communicates by website and they don’t know what they are talking about. Feeling punished and abused by office staff.

Dr. Canter always makes herself available and I appreciate her honest and knowledgeable guidance with me.

The front office receptionist experience wasn't great but once I was brought back the Dr. was wonderful. That is ultimately what matters...

I have been getting treatments with Dr. Canter for a few months now and I found not only Dr. Canter but her entire staff to be very patient orientated. They are all so friendly, always on time, and explain the treatments very thoroughly. I found her staff, Zakia & Karen, very well trained & professional in what they do. I highly recommend Dr. Canter's practice.

Absolutely horrible office policies. I arrived to my appointment that I literally waited an entire month for, only to be told they had canceled my appointment. The front desk admin tells me she had tried to call me 20 minutes before my appointment as I’m driving there! Her reason was because I hadn’t completed patient paperwork. At no point before this appointment did any call to tell me to do this. I had no idea I couldn’t do this in the office before my appointment. They tried to put all the blame on me because I should have received a text message with instructions to go to a portal. None of the text messages said anything about completing patient paperwork. When I said I could complete while waiting for the doctor, they basically told me to reschedule and leave. No way will I reschedule with this practice. It’s a shame I never even got a chance to see the doctor. I was really hoping for some answers, not to be pushed out by the callous staff. To them I was just an impediment, someone only screwing up their schedule. They at no point took into consideration pain, (urgent care, and hospital visits) I’ve been through waiting to see Dr. Canter.

Dr. Canter is a gentle person and takes time to listen to your concerns. She allows you to be your own advocate where you don't have to heed to her suggestions about medications. However, it is important you ask the right questions to understand the pros and cons to best resolve your medical issues. I am taking one of the medications she prescribed and I am glad I did. Another person who is deserving of a 'Shout out' is Zakia Seraj-YOU ROCK! Women coming through the doors need a gentle person and a person who takes time to listen and guide. One day, she was wearing two hats, one as a nurse and another as a receptionist. She took me in and not only that took care of collecting the specimen. Not only that I have observed her interactions with other patients. We need more people like her.

Doctor Canter is a very kind and skilled surgeon. She successfully repaired part of my pelvic floor after childbirth issues.

I went to see Dr. Canter many years ago and will never forget it. She was cold and didn't seem interested in helping me. She also injured me during the examination and when I went home I discovered blood when I wiped myself. I would never recommend her. Horrible bedside manner and rough!

I saw this doctor many years ago. She lacked warmth and professionalism. The following day I was bleeding because of how rough she was during the examination. I would never recommend her to anyone.
