Mark Tekrony's Online Review Report Card

If your health needs are related to an accident, do not bother. Dr. Tekrony will not see any accident patients. Our situation involves an accident, however, our insurance has to pay all medical claims. That did not matter when trying to make an appointment. It is really a shame that medical care does not take priority.

I actually did not have a visit, but when I called to get an appointment, I was told I would have to do a telemed call first. Never heard that before, all doctors double dip. Most doctors charge about $200 fir telemed, sent to the insurance company I was informed that I cannot be seen by this practice due to my lack of resources to effectively to connect to telemed. That is so wrong especially when I need to see a doctor. Very, very unprofessional....

Those who answer the phone don't want to talk to you. It'll take 25+ minutes in the morning to get through their phone wait time, to be met by a rude person on the other end of the line.

Dr. TeKrony is the smartest, kindest and most helpful doctor I've ever had. He has helped me with the problems related to his field and with completely unrelated issues as well by referring me to other excellent doctors.

I can honestly say you will never meet another person as nice and knowledgeable as Dr. Mark. He takes the time to listen, makes suggestions, but leaves it to you to make a decision. Unless of course it's something that really needs to be done; like my Carpal Tunnel surgery. After he did his testing of my nerve reactions he was the only one that convinced me to get the surgery after 20 years of suffering. And he was right; my hands have never felt better. But it doesn't stop there. He is a neurologist and knows his stuff!! He found things wrong that I didn't know was even an issue. I highly recommend him and his staff. Front desk is always awesome!!!

Easy to get into office by contacting office or scheduling next appointment at end of appointment.Dr. Tekrony is the only neurologist who has never given up on my problem. While other neurologists have told me there's nothing more they can do, Dr. Tekrony continues to help me with my migraines.

I've been seeing Dr. Tekrony for over 13 years for dystonia and migraines and get botox for both. He has been great over the years with identifying the problems and starting with simpler medications and procedures until he found what works for me. Really hope he never retires!

Disappointed , no follow up, disorganized staff, not helpful

I really like Dr. Tekrony, he is someone I can trust and has provide great care for many years. I am however very frustrated and disappointed with the offices phone system. It can take over 20 min to reach a person and many times I have been unable to reach a person which results in phone tag and unresolved questions or issues.

Dr. Tekrony is the smartest doctor I've ever had. He led me through a crisis with my neck and helped me avoid spinal surgery there. His recommendations for other specialists are always excellent. He's the best!
