This is a worst place to be, the women who did our ultrasound was extremely rude and this is not the place you want to be when you are excited to see your baby during ultrasounds. This place is just a disgrace to the Reston Hospital.

This office has no value of customers times. All they care is money. They all work like robots without any emotions. We got very depressed after going to this practice.

He's always friendly polite and doesn't rush. He fully explains everything and makes sure I don't have anything unanswered. He makes you feel comfortable

Over the course of several years, I have received only tremendous and absolute expert care by Maternal Fetal Associates of the Mid-Atlantic, LLC. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found the physician - Dr. Hassan. He has followed me throughout two pregnancies. There is no one provider that I would trust more. At every single visit, he took his time with me to listen, to thoroughly examine, and to fully explain/answer our questions. Dr. Hassan is of course exceedingly knowledgeable beyond that he clearly loves what he does and it makes all of the difference as a patient. In addition, I saw Dr. Spiliopoulos for genetic counseling following a miscarriage of a third pregnancy. Again, I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding care we received. Dr. Spiliopoulos was gracious to listen, discuss the most appropriate course of action, and answer every question we had for him. Dr. Spiliopoulos offered to us – the absolute best care. I have been seen in three of their office locations: Fair Oaks, Gainesville, and Leesburg. All of these locations offered a friendly, helpful, and compassionate administrative staff and sonogram technicians. As a mother or mother-to-be, you hope get your baby the best care possible – and this is definitely the practice to do that. At every visit, everyone on the Maternal Fetal Associates team demonstrated the utmost excellent care, thoughtful consideration, and the highest sensitivity during a possibly worrisome situation. Furthermore, their sonogram equipment is the newest/best available. Even my regular OBGYN provider admired the quality of their sonogram machines. Therefore, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Maternal Fetal Associates of the Mid-Atlantic to any family.

MFA Reston office has no value of your time. You have to wait about an hour before getting your turn. And after ultrasound wait another 30 mins for the doctor to see you and your report. It’s normal here, every 9 out of 10 visits and a common complains for all, it’s noticeable even in the very first visit. They looked pretty overbooked and naturally you have to wait. Well if wait time isn’t your concern you will be fine, but if it’s then this place is not for you. The only reason of 2 stars is most of the people works here are good.

Worst doctor I've ever seen - coming from a doctor. If I could give zero stars, I would. He missed a complete placenta previa and I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. I had another high risk maternal fetal group diagnose me and treat me. I talked to Dr. Hassan about this and he said he was "happy with the service he provided" and still made me pay for fraud service. If you want to risk yours or your unborn child's life, then I would recommend you see Dr. Hassan; otherwise, avoid at all costs!

Terrible doctor. Missed a critical diagnosis and I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. His response when I was diagnosed by another high risk group was that he was "satisfied with his service." I could have died and I could have lost my first unborn child. Very careless. No accountability. I very strongly do not recommend. Terrible bedside manner. Spent 1.5 to 2 hours for each appt. Only saw Dr. Hassan for about 10-15 minutes - time he spent with his back turned towards me and charted. Inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked for waiver of my $1200 bill for my appointments since Dr. Hassan missed my diagnosis of complete placenta previa. There was no accountability - I was forced to pay the full amount. Avoid, avoid, avoid! There are better MFM groups out there.

From the moment I walked in for my ultrasound appointment, in disarray I should add (hello, pregnancy brain!), I was greeted with kind and calm receptionists. I was missing two essential things I needed for my appointment and instead of being met with annoyed sighs or judgemental eye rolls, the ladies assured me everything would be all right. They waited patiently while I got my insurance card and ID. They were amazing! As for the ultrasound tech, my mom, my boyfriend and I all felt so welcome. She had a fantastic and warm bedside manner. After I told her I hadn't gotten any quality ultrasound pictures, she took her time to get some adorable shots of my baby waving and kicking his feet! Dr. Hassan was absolutely fantastic, as well! I have not had a doctor stand out during this pregnancy as much as him. He was informative, practical in the sense that he suggested we do testing with my regular OB (fitting our financial budget better), and straight to the point while still being tactful. It was a great experience, and I look forward to my next appointment!

He did cerclage and saved my child. I strongly recommend him for hug risk pregnancy.
