I’m not satisfied with the care from Dr. Hashemi. I do not feel like she is concerned with my personal needs. To me; it seems like more of a power struggle and scheduling concern than patient care. I don’t feel confident that I am in caring hands as the birth of my child is near.

I had Dr. Shustarovich Deliver my baby and she went above and beyond. I would most likely have her deliver my future babies as well. She was kind, professional, thorough and honest. She paid attention to little details and made sure my baby and I were safe. She did her best to minimize tearing for me and guided me as a first time mom for pushing.

The receptionist of this office is nasty. Completely disrespectful, no manners. I requested off from work to go to this appointment. This person never answered the phone. I called and all I got was "the office is currently closed" message. I left a message asking to call me back, the receptionist returned my call 3 hours after my appointment. She called saying "I'm returning your call" not even a "hi" "sorry." Please find a good receptionist. Find someone who is willing to work! Someone who is happy to help patients! Someone who is happy to earn the money she is getting paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service. Find a new receptionist!!!

Dr. Hashemi is amazing!!! She delivered my second child with such ease and care. I had a planned C-section and it was a breeze thanks to her. I recovered super fast and the whole experience was just very professional and pleasant. This is my second c section and I wish I knew her sooner. My first C-section was done by a different doctor and the experience was totally different. I highly recommend Dr. Hashemi! Based on her delivering my baby I can tell she has tons of experience and can do this with her eyes closed. In addition to her skills she is the most sweet and caring person. Love her dearly. Thank you so much Dr. Hashemi, you are truly God sent!!!

I've seen Dr Neda Hashemi a few times now. She is absolutely amazing!! Kind, caring, sincere, and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for someone who cares about you and takes care of all your needs, I highly recommend Dr Hashemi.

I was 15 Minutes late to this facility after finishing my Infusion appointment which caused blood overflow and I let them know what happened. But then they refused to take me and said I can reschedule after a month only, when i was suffering from pelvic pain and hardly got a appointment after waiting for 20 days. Such a shame in healthcare profession. I really don’t recommend their service. I am really really disappointed. I know the tears dont value but they made me frustrated!

I have known dr. Hashemi for 16 years. She delivered all 4 of my kids. Her stuff is amazing very sweet and kind. There always there to help you no matter what. For those of you that are going to be moms don’t look anymore you just found your dr.
