Pretty good
Appointments lady wasn't helpful:1. She requested a referral while my plan supports direct specialist visit.2. Asked to meet a specific doctor but she decided on another one, without mentioning if the 1st was super busy or not available in that office place.3. After asking her more about the 2nd doctor, she decided that I have to get them a referral 1st (related to 1st point), so why she didn't request the referral from the beginning after I told her that I'm a new patient?! I felt something wrong here.
Dr. Cho has been a huge help in managing my migraines. I feel like he really listens to me, and WANTS to help things get better.
Dr Cho is great and up to date on the treatments for migraines and sleep disorders. He's not stuck in his ways and happy to have a two way conversation about you and your treatment. Took one star off because they require you to come in for any prescription refills (no pharmacy requested refills), which is pain in the butt if your meds haven't changed recently.
This practice is impossible to work with regarding payments and insurance. They stated the reason for denial was due to one issue yet my insurance company proved that reason to be untrue. The two women I spoke to in the billing department were rude and spoke over me rather than listen to my concerns. Go elsewhere!
Stay away from this practice at all costs. They are unprofessional, impossible to get in contact with, and they only care about taking your money.
I visited the NCF after receiving a referral from my primary care doctor. The wait time for a visit was a couple months (about what I expected). After arriving 30 min early to do the required paper work I was promptly called to the back by one of the nurses. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen by Dr.Richard. He was methodical, empathetic, and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand exactly what my symptoms have been.
Worst services! Was referred to this office and had an appointment booked three months! The morning of my appointment at 9am I sat in accident traffic from Gainesville out to Fairfax for an HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES! I was told if I got there by 9:15 they would see me! I arrived and signed in at exactly 9:15 and they waited til 9:21 to call the Dr! Then wanted me to reschedule for another two months! Horrible service all bc of matters out of my control! Absolutely horrible will NOT be going back!
I'm a patient of Dr. Tekrony, and he is outstanding. Not only is he extremely intelligent, his bedside manner couldn't be any better. He is always on time, yet treats you like you are his only patient. I appreciate how serious he takes concerns and conducts the proper tests.
If I could give the Dr.'s I've seen 5 stars I would! Dr. Simarian and Dr. Stone are the best. Unfortunately, the office staff, specifically Gene P. in the billing department is BEYOND rude. Completely unhelpful and quiet frankly a huge bitch. I've had to request a statement 3 times now for services in March that I paid for IN FULL. They also billed my insurance so I should be getting a refund but have yet to receive anything. I have called April 10th, April 28th and now today (May 11) and still cannot get the issue resolved.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
