I am thoroughly impressed with the experience I've had with Dr. Fleeter, Town Center Orthopaedics, and Reston Surgical Center. Dr. Fleeter was able to make an immediate and accurate diagnosis of my knee problem and get me into surgery - which was actually fun. (My issue had been misdiagnosed by two other surgeons and I had been in pain for approximately 5 years.) I had a very pleasant experience at Reston Surgical Center with a brief outpatient arthroscopic surgery. I was walking the next day and the pain was gone within a week. I can sleep through the night again. Dr. Fleeter is such a nice man and he has made me feel that he genuinely CARES. I highly recommend him. He's a practical straight-shooter who knows knees!

Always the best experience dealing with Dr. Fleeter. He has replaced my right knee and hip and both surgeries turned out very well. No problems and that is the best results.

I appreciated Dr.Fleeter’s honesty in assessing the situation with my arthritic knee. He accurately assessed that a replacement was most likely the best option but respected my feelings by not coercing me and suggesting an alternative.

Fleeter is my go to orthopedist when I need one. He just replaced my left hip January 12th. I can now start swimming again which will help my mental health.

Dr. Fleeter is the absolute best! He listens. He's funny. He's thorough. He is not quick to suggest a surgical solution. Should the situation eventually evolve to the point where surgery is required ... he is still the best. I speak for myself and many other athletes.
