Dr. Adam Kaiser misdiagnosed me he told me that my xray showed cyst on my lungs. He was looking at another patients xray. I was sent to do bloodwork and xray that accumulated $28000 in bills. Dr. Kaiser and Pulmonary Associates of Richmond didnt pay one penny towards their mistakes. Instead my insurance was billed and my insurance payed for their negligence. Pulmonary Associates of Richmond even had the orthasicty to harass me for the last $6000. I recieved a phone call and a letter requesting that I contact my insurance company to pay the remainder of the Bills. This doctor and practice have no morals or integrity. They take no accountability for their actions. I would never recommend them to anyone. And I would highly recommend a second diagnosis before getting any treatment from them. I didnt want to give them 1 star but you have to give one to leave a review.

I love Dr. kaiser I wish he was a primary doctor “he gave me my life back “ I was so depressed and disappointed when I first visited him but he reassured me I would not have to lose another night of sleep my diagnosis was a lot more bearable he was very comforting.and attentiveThanks Dr. kaiser❤️

Dr. Kaiser was very thorough and knowledgeable and spent time with me to ensure I was well informed on how to manage my illness. He used terms that were easy to understand and provided plenty of time for me to ask questions. My interaction with him has been very positive. I would recommend him to anyone.
