Assembly line medical care. The staff have no interpersonal skills, they just shuffle you around. I have been going there for years and keep hoping it will improve but have had it and I am going to find another practice.

I have had wonderful experiences with both physicians seen in this practice. The staff has been great as well. They were able to resolve a medical concern I had that previous doctors had not. Thorough, efficient and kind. Loved Dr. Brotzman!

I love my dermatologist Dr. Tran, but one of the nurses' attitudes is so disrespectful. My dad is not as well-versed in English since he is an immigrant, so he needs a bit more clarification. I forgot the nurse's name, but she is always frustrated and annoyed when my dad doesn't understand something. She speaks kindly to me, but then raises her voice obnoxiously when addressing my dad. Her tone is so rude, and I just don't think patients should be treated like that.

Had a very pleasant whole-body skin check with Dr. Brotzman. She was very thorough, and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. She also did a great job of making me feel comfortable with the whole process.

This was my first visit here & I was treated very well by nurse, Cantele (not sure of spelling). She was friendly, accomodating & acted as though she wanted to be there. I hope on my next visit that I can interact with her again.

Came in with a problem and left with a new Dermatologist! The office was clean, modern and the staff was tremendous. Nurse Lily and Dr. Wehausen deserve a special shout-out for their unmatched professionalism.

Checked in was flawless. The receptionist was nice. Got called back in a timely manner. Nurse Lily was awesome! Had an appointment with Dr. Wehausen and she was AMAZING! She’s was so patient and caring. Listened to all my concerns and provided great recommendations. Great bedside manners. Thorough doctor! The facility was so clean and nice. Overall great experience and great customer service.

Dr Wehausen is awesome! Very professional, provided real answers and solutions to my scalp issue. Facility is very welcoming and relaxing unlike most doctor’s office.

I went to this doctor twice. She doesn’t listen to what you are saying. She talks over you and I feel she doesn’t care. I would try another physician within the practice. I left with the same issue I initially saw her for.

I'm writing this from the waiting room. After sitting here for 35 minutes, I go to ask what the hold up is. I'm told they are running 50 minutes behind, which is completely unacceptable. The fact that this was known to them upon my arrival, but not communicated to the patients who are waiting is very disrespectful. I understand things can run late, but almost an hour? What about the people who have to pick up children, return to their jobs, people who have other appointments? This is very unprofessional. If you are thinking of coming here, I'd reconsider. Go anywhere else.
