I am utterly disgusted and disappointed as someone who attempted to be a new patient. The provider had the messaging service call and cancel/reschedule twice before I could even get an initial visit. Six months have now passed and I have yet to get a visit. I cannot comment on the doctor's actual care and skills because I can't even get into the office without them cancelling and this time on the day of my actual visit.

Dr Aivi Masterson is WONDERFUL! She is my primary physician, and my daughter's, and she is unfailingly responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and caring. She's the best--highly recommended!!
