He was nice when we went into the office he was very professional he took a picture of my son's toe he had a very bad ingrown toenail we were told that he would get back with me in reference to outpatient surgery I never received a call back I called the office several times but I never received the call back this table manners are great I just don't know what happened

I have try to make an appointment by calling 4 times, it is true you can make an appointment online, so I did, at the end it said they will call me to confirm in 48 hours. Since the 7th of March No call or email.

Dr. Mount and the staff is very caring and knowledgeable about the care of patients and believe in what they do. I'm grateful to be under the his care. Very grateful!

Absolutely run! Horrible bedside manner, constant downplaying of pain. Self-contradictory. Seven month-long care for nothing, no results. In fact my foot is worse than when he saw me to begin with. Treatment for seven months and still no results. You’d be better off going to a farmer For auto mechanic services. Stay away. Front desk is extremely rude, hung up on me times, When I asked for test results. Had to get nerve testing done and even then the neurologist Dr. White made a Skeptical, face of warning when I told him I was seeing DR. Mount. Jekyll and Hyde. Only gave one star to be able to write the review double negative no stars. Just fired him as my foot care specialist.

In short, Dr. Mount is phenomenal. During my visit, he was professional, understanding, and empathetic. I needed to visit Dr. Mount to have an ingrown toenail removed and my visit was nothing less than superb. In addition to all the things I mentioned, Dr. Mount took his time to explain the procedure and ease my fears. I will fully admit that I am a terrible patient- I am terrified of needles and I hate going to the doctor. Let me tell you, this man truly has the patience of God. His assistant, Seth, was equally awesome and I appreciate him letting me squeeze his hand. I would recommend Dr. Mount to anyone and everyone. He is a one-of-a-kind provider!

Run!!!! 7 months and my foot is worse then when I sough out care. Absolutely dismissive. Horrible bed side manor. Front desk is a nightmare. If you want foot and ankle care, this isn’t the place to go.

Lacks personality! I would never recommend Hand and Foot spa for a pedicure! Infected my big toe and Dr. Mount didn’t seem to show any Concern!!!

I see Dr. Mount every 3 months to check my feet & toes for diabetes control. He has my nails cut & cleaned with a dermel. He also checks for any calluses & sores. Dr. Mount is very thorough & very personable. While he takes care of me we always have time to talk about family, vacations, etc.. I enjoy Dr. Mount taking the time to help me understand how to take care of my feet. Thank you for caring!😁
